Austin Strawhacker is promoted to Associate State Director for America’s SBDC Iowa
AMES, Iowa – America’s SBDC Iowa (SBDC) is pleased to announce that effective December 2, Austin Strawhacker has been promoted to the position of Associate State Director.
Strawhacker will be supporting the 15 regional centers across the state, as well as leading database management, compliance and regulatory oversight efforts for the organization. Austin is also leading several national efforts on the integration and reporting within additional protocols from SBA. He has also helped multiple other states with their database troubleshooting to increase their effectiveness within their reporting on the federal level.
“This is a very well-deserved promotion,” says SBDC State Director Lisa Shimkat. “Austin has already accomplished great things within our organization and this promotion was the next step into leadership for SBDC Iowa. He has been a tremendous asset both within our state and nationally and has a bright future with us.”
