The EDIR team works closely with staff from the Center for Industrial Research Service (CIRAS) to ensure industry leaders can find the specific knowledge and expertise needed to take an idea from vision to prototype.

The EDIR's Center for Industrial Research and Service (CIRAS) has been delivering proven services since 1963 to enhance the performance of Iowa businesses. CIRAS offers a board range of services to help businesses prosper and grow, including Prototyping or 3D Printing support. CIRAS has polymer (plastic), TPU (rubber like), and metal printing capabilities.
