Our EDIR teams work together across our units, with key college partners including the office of the Vice President of Research, and with our Iowa State Foundation to provide our partners with a cohesive approach to engagement. Whether you are an entrepreneur looking to connect with resources to help scale your business, an established company hoping to broaden your talent pool or upskill current employees, or looking for strategic partnerships with our research community, our engagement teams can help.
Engagement teams are typically comprised of individuals in the key units where a corporate partner has had previous engagement or interests. The teams work together to assess areas for additional partnership an engagement, to work with company leadership to keep appraised of research, development and recruitment goals, and to help ensure seamless communication back to both Iowa State partners and company stakeholders.
