The comprehensive job board housed on the ISU Research Park website provides an opportunity for our partners to reach those seeking careers across the spectrum of companies currently engaged with EDIR.
EDIR and the research park have a fruitful partnership with the Ames Alliance, which hosts its own job board of opportunities in the area called WorkInAmesMSA.com. This is a free to post site linked to Indeed.com that scrapes companies and organizations within the MSA and aggregates opportunities.
CyHire is Iowa State’s internal job board intended for students and recent alums. Most of our students search CyHire for internship and full-time positions.

Once you are registered as an employer, you can post your open positions to CyHire.
Students often begin looking for summer internships as early as the middle of fall semester. Career Services offices for each college have different approaches and additional opportunities for student engagement outside of the job board and career fairs.
